The existing swim, tennis, and fitness facility is proposed to be expanded and rebranded as the Sports & Lifestyle Sports Campus for the community.
This facility will provide adequate space to accommodate the 51,000 visits recorded in 2016.
The Sports & Activities Campus expands from a total of 9,100 square feet to 21,000 square feet.
A NEW SOCIAL HALL BUILDING
Belfair’s art and culture clubs within the club will have a facility in which to gather with three multi-purpose meeting rooms. This will also serve as space for children’s summer camps, space for parties, a library, and meetings by everyone in the community.
A new casual restaurant will become the hub of the new Sports & Activities Campus as it serves casual fare in both indoor and outdoor dining environments as well as bar service.
The plan includes the immediate addition of a children’s Splash Pad.
NEW INDOOR LAP POOL
A larger new indoor pool adjacent to the outdoor pool will allow all aquatics in the same vicinity and will also allow for the addition of a whirlpool.
DEDICATED TENNIS AREA AND PRO’S OFFICE
A new space would allow players a place to talk with the pro, gather before or after a match, or have a racket restrung.
CARDIO AND TRAINING EXPANSION, NEW LOCKER ROOMS, STEAM ROOMS AND MASSAGE ROOMS
The fitness and locker room area expands from 3000 square feet to 6,500 square feet.
Additional space for new cardio and free weight equipment.
Improved private space for personal training.
More than double the number and size of aerobics studios, including smaller flex rooms that can be utilized for spinning, personal training, or small group classes.
New lockers, wet areas, and massage rooms will expand by almost 50%.
Offers ability to add new classes such as PiYO, Body Toning, Spin and Yoga.
Provides trainers with access to exercise equipment that is otherwise limited due to space constraints.
Offers trainers the space required to schedule multiple programs for smaller group sizes.
Enhances golf fitness programs that require larger areas for performance.
Improves the safety of the center by avoiding injury to a member working out in close quarters.
